Shipping

At Boqaa, every piece is carefully prepared and shipped from Jordan.

Jordan Orders

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Jordan.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Orders

We ship worldwide through trusted international shipping partners, including Aramex.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Gulf Countries: 5–7 business days

  • Other destinations: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, local carriers, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (when available) to follow your shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Boqaa is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Boqaa is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

As each Boqaa piece is carefully prepared and many items are handmade or hand-embroidered, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, Boqaa will provide a replacement item or an appropriate solution at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Boqaa will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
