Women Artisans

Today, Boqaa works with more than 70 women artisans across Al Baqaa’ Camp, Azraq Camp, and Al Natheef Camp. Through flexible, home-based work, women are able to practice their craft in a safe and supportive environment while balancing their daily responsibilities and family life. By transforming traditional embroidery skills into meaningful economic opportunities, Boqaa helps women generate income, support their families, and build greater independence. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: every talent deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive, and create lasting impact.
