Boqaa Refund & Exchange Policy

At Boqaa, every piece is carefully handmade by talented women artisans. Because of the nature of our products, we aim to keep our policy fair, transparent, and respectful to both our customers and our makers.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, production may already begin, and cancellation might not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

We accept refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under these conditions:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Product defects

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Customer covers delivery fees unless the issue is from our side

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • Slight variations in embroidery are not considered defects (each piece is unique)

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, Boqaa will cover return shipping
